Thank you for choosing Lazy Panda Productions Pvt Ltd (The Camera Man) for your video production needs. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between The Cameraä Man and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

  • Commencement of Project : The project will commence only upon receipt and confirmation of a 50% advance payment of the total project cost.
  • Delivery of Final Files : Final non-drafted project files will be shared only after full payment has been cleared and received in full.
  • Project Closure : If there is no response or feedback on a live project for six consecutive months, the project will be considered closed. Lazy Panda Productions Pvt Ltd will not be responsible for any data loss after this point.
  • After-Sales Service : After-sales service will be provided for a duration of 1 year from the date of the final invoice. During this period, minor changes to the project can be requested at no extra cost. Requests for assistance or support beyond 1 year will be subject to additional charges.
  • Legal Matters : Any legal matters arising from the agreement between Lazy Panda Productions Pvt Ltd and the client will be addressed under the jurisdiction of the Hardoi District Court.
  • Project Scope : The scope of the project will be defined in the initial agreement or proposal. Any additional services or changes requested by the client outside the scope of the agreement may be subject to additional charges.
  • Intellectual Property Rights : Lazy Panda Productions Pvt Ltd retains the intellectual property rights to all materials created during the project, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Confidentiality : Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
  • Termination of Agreement : Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms outlined in this agreement.
  • Amendments : These terms and conditions may be amended or updated by Lazy Panda Productions Pvt Ltd at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client in writing.
